The declaration specifically mentions the existing friendly relations between Ukraine and Azerbaijan and the principles of mutual respect.
Moreover, Azerbaijan's unquestionable support for Ukraine's sovereignty within its internationally recognized borders is also mentioned in the declaration.
In addition, the help provided by the leadership of Azerbaijan in order to eliminate the negative consequences of the war was highly appreciated.
The document also calls for further humanitarian and other necessary assistance to Ukraine. The necessity of joining the implementation of the Peace Formula, initiated by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, to achieve a global strategy for reducing security risks and the principle of non-use of force or threats of force, is stated in the declaration.
